Also, I use it where i feel most content, usually camping with friends,so it’s always been connected to happy memories.  My personal queer utopia feels like a place which values respect, tolerance and capability and where others and I can be ourselves without judgement.

I love functionality, that’s why I chose the knife. Being prepared for every situation eases my anxiety, so it makes me feel safe having an object which is so practical, as a tool and shield.

Physically, I imagine it as a space filled with comforts - people I love, my dog Laika, my favourite foods , the most comfortable bed you can imagine in a room in the middle of a forest with the sounds of rain

I say ‘imagine it’ because real life is far from it, but the decisions I make and the people around me hopefully all lead me towards finding parts of this utopia in reality.
